At Buzzi, we’re dedicated to creating tools that empower your beauty journey with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right while staying mindful of our impact on the planet.
Shipping:
• Please note that we only ship within the continental United States at this time. We are actively working to expand our reach.
Eligibility for Returns:
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and sustainability reasons, used or opened brushes cannot be returned.
Refunds:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we’ve received and inspected your return.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
• If your brushes arrive damaged or defective, we’ll replace them at no cost.
• Contact us at support@buzzibeauty.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos of the issue.
How to Return:
• Email support@buzzibeauty.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting details.
• Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and return instructions.
• Allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
Final Sale Items:
• Discounted, promotional, or limited-edition items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
